Can you come to my home?
Yes, if you’re in Eastern Sydney. We’ll use whatever space you have (living room, courtyard, garage) and I’ll bring what’s needed.
Do I need to be fit before I start?
No. We’ll start at your level and build gradually.
What if I have aches, stiffness, or old injuries?
Tell me what’s going on. I’ll guide you to a safe starting point and adjust exercises as needed.
What should I bring?
Comfortable clothes, supportive shoes, and a water bottle. If we’re outdoors, bring sunscreen and a hat too.
How often should I train?
It depends on your goals and schedule. We’ll choose something realistic that you can stick to.
What happens after I message you?
I’ll reply with a few quick questions (goals, any aches, availability) and suggest the best next step. If a short call helps, we can do that too.
