1:1 Personal Training
For women who want to get stronger with a plan built around their body, their goals, and their lifestyle — with calm coaching, safe technique, and steady progress.

Available in-home or nearby park (Eastern Suburbs) or online.

What you’ll do
– Train with full attention on technique, comfort, and form.
– Follow a plan tailored to your starting point, goals, and schedule.
– Adjust each session based on how you’re feeling on the day.

How it helps
– Build strength safely and steadily, with clear cues and support.
– Stay consistent with personalised guidance and accountability.
– Feel more capable in everyday life: lifting, walking, stairs, and energy.

What to expect
We’ll keep things simple and realistic. I’ll explain what we’re doing (and why), track your progress, and progress you at a pace that feels safe for your body.

Outdoor Group Training (Waitlist)
For women who want strength, energy, and community — without gym pressure. New group forming now. Message to join the waitlist and get first access to times and location.

What you’ll do
– Simple, coach-led sessions using bodyweight and basic equipment.
– Move at your own pace, with clear options to make it easier or harder.
– A balanced mix of strength, cardio, and whole-body movement.

How it helps
– Get stronger and fitter in a supportive, encouraging environment.
– Feel better in your body and your mood by training outdoors in fresh air.
– Support everyday movement: walking, stairs, carrying bags, and posture.

What to expect
Friendly, structured sessions with options for every level. Once the group is confirmed, I’ll message you the proposed time, location, and what to bring. You can say yes (or wait for the next intake).
Mobility & Recovery Coaching
For women who feel stiff, sore, or a bit tight — and want to move more freely and confidently.

Available in-home or nearby park (Eastern Suburbs) or online.

What you’ll do
– Gentle mobility work for hips, shoulders, back, and everyday movement.
– Balance and stability exercises (including core support), so you feel steadier on your feet.
– Simple routines you can repeat at home to feel better day to day.

How it helps
– Move more easily: getting up and down, stairs, walking, bending, reaching.
– Feel steadier and more confident in your body.
– Reduce stiffness over time by improving how your body moves and recovers.

What to expect
Supportive, paced, and technique-focused. We’ll start where you’re at, adjust everything to suit your body, and build progress safely. If something needs input from a physio or GP, I’ll tell you and help you choose a sensible next step.

Zumba Gold (Waitlist)
For women who want joyful movement that lifts your mood and helps you stay consistent. Group forming now — join the waitlist.

What you’ll do
– Dance-based cardio with simple, follow-along routines.
– Move to music, build rhythm and coordination, and enjoy a friendly group vibe.
– Work at your level, take breaks whenever you need.

How it helps
– Improve cardiovascular fitness and overall stamina.
– Support coordination and balance, especially helpful in midlife.
– Feel lighter emotionally, movement that reduces stress and boosts mood.

What to expect
No dance experience needed. This group is currently forming, message to join the waitlist and I’ll let you know first when sessions open (with days, location, and pricing). No pressure or commitment.

Not sure which one?

That’s completely normal. Here are a few common starting points — and if you’re still unsure, just message me.

I’m returning after a break

Start gently, rebuild strength, and feel confident again.

Best fit: Mobility & Recovery or 1:1 (for extra guidance).

I want something social

Train outdoors with a friendly group and a clear structure.

Best fit: Outdoor Group Training (and Zumba Gold waitlist).

I want a plan built around me

1:1 is ideal when you want personal coaching and clear progress.

I feel stiff or a bit cautious

Mobility-focused support helps you move easier and feel steadier.

How it works

A simple first step — calm, supportive, and judgement-free.

Step 1: Send a message

Reach out via the form, WhatsApp, SMS, or email. Tell me what you’re looking for and any concerns.

Step 2: We clarify what feels right

We’ll start with messaging (if that’s easiest). I’ll ask a few simple questions and explain your options.

Step 3: Choose how to start

Choose 1:1 training, outdoor group sessions (waitlist), Zumba Gold (waitlist), or mobility-focused support.

Step 4: Start and progress

You’ll get clear guidance, safe progressions, and support that adapts as you go.
A call is available later if you’d like one — it’s never required to get started.

Questions about training

Where do sessions happen?
In Eastern Sydney (mainly the Eastern Suburbs). We can train in your home, at a nearby park, or at a local studio — we’ll confirm what suits you when you message.
Can you come to my home?
Yes — if you’re in Eastern Sydney. We’ll use whatever space you have (living room, courtyard, garage) and I’ll bring what’s needed.
Do I need to be fit before I start?
No. We’ll start at your level and build gradually.
What if I have aches, stiffness, or old injuries?
Tell me what’s going on. I’ll guide you to a safe starting point and adjust exercises as needed.
What should I bring?
Comfortable clothes, supportive shoes, and a water bottle. If we’re outdoors, bring sunscreen and a hat too.
How often should I train?
It depends on your goals and schedule. We’ll choose something realistic that you can stick to.
What happens after I message you?
I’ll reply with a few quick questions (goals, any aches, availability) and suggest the best next step. If a short call helps, we can do that too.
