Why women 40+ choose Irina

Women choose Irina because her coaching feels safe, personal, and genuinely supportive — especially if you’re returning to exercise or feeling unsure where to begin.

Support over
pressure

You’re never pushed or compared. Sessions adapt to how you feel — physically and emotionally — on the day.

Safety-first
strength

Strength training designed to protect your joints, build confidence, and progress at a steady, sustainable pace.

Clear
guidance

You’ll always know what you’re doing, why it matters, and how it supports your body — explained simply, without jargon.

Joy
matters

Movement should feel good. Laughter, connection, and enjoyment are part of the process — not something you have to earn.
Irina Zino smiling during a training moment
Hi, I'm Irina.
I’ve spent over 35 years helping women build strength in a way that feels safe and doable. My style is calm, caring, and practical. I listen closely, explain things simply, and adjust each session to your body and your day.

If you’re returning to exercise, feeling stiff, or unsure where to begin, you’ll be supported, not pushed or compared.

How it works

A simple first step — calm, supportive, and judgement-free.

Step 1: Send a message

Reach out via the form, WhatsApp, SMS, or email. Tell me what you’re looking for and any concerns.

Step 2: We clarify what feels right

We’ll start with messaging (if that’s easiest). I’ll ask a few simple questions and explain your options.

Step 3: Choose how to start

Choose 1:1 training, outdoor group sessions (waitlist), Zumba Gold (waitlist), or mobility-focused support.

Step 4: Start and progress

You’ll get clear guidance, safe progressions, and support that adapts as you go.
A call is available later if you’d like one — it’s never required to get started.

Questions you might be wondering about

Real answers, no pressure. If you’re unsure where to begin, just send a message.
I’m not fit. Can I still start?
Yes. Many women start after a long break. We’ll begin at your level and build from there.
What if I have aches, stiffness, or old injuries?
That’s common in midlife. Share what’s going on, and we’ll choose a safe starting point.
Where do sessions happen?
In Eastern Sydney. We’ll confirm the best location when you message.
What should I bring?
Comfortable clothes, supportive shoes, and a water bottle. If we’re outdoors, bring sunscreen and a hat too.
I feel nervous and self-conscious. Is this for me?
Yes. This is a judgement-free space. You won’t be pushed beyond what feels safe or appropriate.
What happens after I message?
I’ll reply with a few simple questions and we’ll choose the best next step together.
