Hi, I'm Irina.
I’m a personal trainer and wellbeing coach with 35+ years in sport, fitness and coaching.

Over the years, I’ve worked as a personal trainer, group instructor, Zumba teacher, fitness educator and studio owner, while continuing to study women’s health, nutrition, mobility, recovery and behaviour change.

I bring that experience into every session, so you feel supported as a whole person, not treated like a generic fitness plan.

Your first session is calm, clear and adapted to your level.

Step 4: Build consistency

We progress steadily so training becomes something you can keep doing.
A call is available later if you’d like one, it’s never required to get started.

Do I need to be fit before I start?
No. Many women start after a break, with low confidence, stiffness or uncertainty. We’ll begin at your level and build from there.
Where do sessions happen?
I work with women across Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, including Randwick, Coogee, Maroubra, Bronte, Moore Park and nearby areas. 1:1 sessions can happen at your home, in a nearby park, online or in a private gym space in Moore Park by arrangement.
Which service should I choose?
You don’t need to decide alone. 1:1 training is often the best starting point for personalised support, Mobility & Recovery is a gentle option for stiffness or cautious movement, and group or Zumba classes can be a good fit if you want energy, community and consistency.
How much does it cost?
Prices depend on the service and format. You can view current options on the Services page, including 1:1 training, mobility coaching, outdoor group training and Zumba classes.
